Visthar is looking for committed and highly skilled trainers/facilitators for its gender mainstreaming and advocacy work. We currently have two full-time openings where you (or your friends) might be able to contribute.

1. Trainer/facilitator fluent in Kannada and English
2. Trainer/facilitator fluent in Tamil and English

We are looking for skilled trainers/facilitators who can train activists and social workers on Child Rights and in gender mainstreaming. Participating in this program will enable you to influence social activists and Civil Society Organizations in Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. You will work closely with Visthar senior team in designing the curriculum and facilitating the program.

The ideal candidate has experience in conducting gender and social justice training programs. The person is creative, takes initiative and works in a team.
